As we hit our one year mark since Covid-19 was declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization, the nature of employment strategies continue to grow more complex than ever before and the supply and demand for workers continue to change.

WFH
A surprising shift due to Covid-19, many employees are now working from home which has drastically changed the way companies around the world are operating. Saving money, time, and resources are a win for big corporations so some of these operations may consider permanent WFH choices and alternative business strategies such as:

Hosting Zoom Interviews – This has helped employers save time, easier to screen candidates, and saves job seekers gas.

Permanent WFH – This saves on many operational costs and office supplies, more sustainability or less of a carbon footprint, and flexibility for employees to work in the comfort of their own home (especially parents).
