Housekeeper Duties:
• Clean vacant apartments
• Clean commonly used spaces including clubhouses, hallways, lobbies, bathrooms, trash rooms, and kitchens
• As a Housekeeper, you are responsible for the overall cleanliness and appearance of the apartment community.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Clean vacant apartments

Clean commonly used spaces including clubhouses, hallways, lobbies, bathrooms, trash rooms, and kitchens.
QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.

Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and exposure to social media.

Knowledge of leasing software a plus including Yardi, Blue Moon, Onesite, MRI, etc.
